Essence

Each of us exists within our own unique dimension—a personal landscape through which we perceive feelings, experiences, and the world itself. This dimension is shaped by our essence, the deeper current that runs beneath our surface identity. To understand it, we must take the time to observe, to listen, to immerse ourselves in our own presence.

But truly knowing our essence is not as simple as defining it with words or ideas. It is easy to mistake familiarity with understanding, to assume that because we know our preferences, habits, or desires, we also know ourselves. Yet, much like a fog that lingers over a dense forest, our perception can be clouded—by time, by culture, by personal biases and the expectations of society. These layers create a veil, making it difficult to see ourselves clearly.

To move beyond this illusion, intellectual understanding is not enough. We cannot grasp our essence purely through thought. Instead, we must experience it—through the depth of body, energy, and mind.

Through the body, we sense our existence in the physical world. It speaks to us through sensations, movement, and breath, offering wisdom beyond logic.

Through energy, we feel the unseen flow within and around us—the rhythm of emotions, the silent communication between us and the spaces we inhabit.

Through the mind, we become aware—not just of thoughts, but of the space between them, where clarity arises.

When these dimensions come into harmony, the fog begins to lift. We start to experience our essence not as a rigid identity, but as something fluid and expansive—something we can tune into, rather than define. And in this space of deep awareness, we find a quiet truth: we are not separate from the world we observe, but intrinsically connected to it.

To recognize our essence is not to claim it as a possession, but to witness it, to live in alignment with it, to let it unfold naturally—moment by moment, breath by breath.
